Online Forms - Webforms

The Online Webform Upgrade gives you the ability to simply create online forms on your site. Online forms are forms which your visitors complete on your website. The results are emailed to a specific email address you set up for each form and also provided to you on a report on your site accessed by 'authorized users' of your site.

The Report breaks down the data for each form into a Results tab, the results tab has 5 sections:

  • Submitted: This tells you a 'quick view' of:
    • The number of the submissions; 1, 2, 3, etc.
    • Date and time of submission
    • User (if registered) and the IP address of the submitter
    • You have the option to then view or delete the actual completed form for each completed form
  • Analysis: Tells you the statistics of each form:
    • It breaks down each question asked on your form and tells you the number of:
      • Left blank
      • User Entered Value
      • Average submission length in words
  • Table: Provides you with all the submissions and the answers
    • If you had your visitors 'upload', you can click on the file and it would open up for you
  • Download: Gives you ability to download your table into Microsoft Excel
  • Clear: Lets you clear all submissions and start again with a 'clean slate'.

You have the ability to ask as many questions as you wish on your form. Below are the types of fields you can add:
